✓ Light cleaning: laundry, dishes, tidying
✓ Meal prep: talk to your doula about how to help you stay well nourished
✓ Infant care and education
✓ Sleep help for both you and baby
✓ Understanding and processing emotions/hormones and when to seek additional help
✓ Basic breastfeeding knowledge and techniques
Placenta Services
Placenta encapsulation, a traditional Eastern medicine practice, supports postpartum healing by regulating hormones, boosting energy, increasing breastmilk supply, and replenishing minerals. The process involves cleaning, steaming, dehydrating, and powdering the placenta, which is then encapsulated.
Our certified encapsulator will pick up your placenta between 8am and 9pm, or your doula can handle it after birth. The entire process, completed in a safe and sterile environment, takes 24-48 hours. Once ready, your capsules and instructions will be delivered to you.
